Returns Eligibility

  • We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not defective.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Customized or special-order items.

Return Process

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 30 working days via the original method of payment or as store credit.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for items at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved, Stone Gold will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.
  • We do not refund shipping charges for non-defective items (if applicable).
